How does it work?

Being an Awara Microsoft Support Client, you will be able to process fast and easily any support questions related to your Microsoft products. Your request is recorded at Awara's Help Desk system. Once having entered the request, service status is available and viewable in the system. Normally we reply each request within hours. Many times some additional developments of exiting procedures are needed, and Awara can process those needs in reasonable short time. Requests can be recorded 24*7.Even email and phone contacting re options for maximal response.

Service fees

  • Fixed fee– Service Level Agreement is signed for fixed price.
  • Flexible fee – fee of provided services is calculated upon work to be done, reported on time-sheets.
